These sessions last an hour and 30 minutes on Zoom. We first will review the questionnaire (filled out and returned to me prior to our session) and any questions you have before we begin. Once we begin, I will use a proxy to place crystals where they can support the energy movement of Reiki. After, we will have a brief follow up to the session. Finally, everything will be sent to you in a follow up email.
